Singapore, December. 3, 2014 – Samooha, a regional player in business management applications, improved the application support delivery in Asia Pacific.
Continuing the company’s growth and customer support strategy in Asia Pacific, Samooha has announced the improvement of application support to demonstrate the importance of the customer satisfaction to Samooha as well as the company’s long term commitment to customers.
This new support process will enable Samooha to provide 24/7 technical support and services for customers in APAC and MEA. The support services currently is in English only.
